Unfortunately there is no way to reset your password after a Forever Self-Exclusion has been activated. BetBlocker is paid for by a group that market online gambling services. It would be entirely unethical for such a group to gather contact information for users of a tool of this nature. Given that BetBlocker users are specifically looking for help to control or stop their gambling, at no point should they ever be exposed to anything that would give incentive to gamble because of their use of BetBlocker.
To allow users to reset their password we would need to gather email addresses from users. For the reasons defined above we cannot do that without being accused of using this service to create a marketing list of gamblers with addiction issues. As such there is no facility to reset your password and it is imperative you keep it safe if you are ever likely to need it.
Do remember that the only user that would need a password is a user that selects to Self-Exclude Forever and subsequently wants to lift their Self-Exclusion after 5 years or Parental Control users and those restrictions will be automatically lifted at the end of the selected exclusion period.
